Wednesday 18th August 2021...Wednesday again!!!

Every day my knee feels a little easier and at my physio session this morning after the electric treatment they had me on the bike for ten minutes.....I just have keep taking it easy.

poker afternoon which I always enjoy and as per what is now the norm I came away a winner this time 150 pesos.......I went straight from poker to pick up Frida and we walked for about 25 minutes slowly but she loves her walk and is great on the leash....

Would not mind I dip in that ocean!!!
