Sunday 15 th August 2021....sorry
My posts are not more exciting but the knee dictates that I stay home and be a good boy.......after a couple of uncomfortable days happy to report that today it felt a lot easier....I am able to put a sock on and I am following doctors orders with ice, heat, pills and exercise....
