On Sunday on the tennis courts I tweaked my hamstring
a tad so wisely decided to take the whole week off from playing and I have been icing and applying cream to my leg. It is not serious but I want to be on the safe side.
Today I took Boomer on a 6 km hike here....
it was really nice a loop around the river....
The trail goes through the rain forest...
Sometimes high above the river...
Sometimes down to the river...
Saw no one at all on the trail and Boomer loved every minute of it...
The news yesterday that the US and Canadian borders will not open on 21 June but remain closed till at least the end of July have put my car buying plans on hold and it seems I shall be here a while longer so thankful to Heather and Kirby!!!
Tonight in the back yard first it was him....
Followed by them....
