Today had a walk around town and decided to take some construction photos, the town went through a boom phase about 2 years ago but now like other parts of the world the economy is slowed and building stopped. One interesting fact about the laws and taxes here is that if you are building your home and you leave the top floor with re-bar still sticking out of the walls the home is considered still under construction and therefore no taxes are levied. So it is very popular that many homes occupied leave the re-bar out and avoid the taxes.
