Wednesday 11 th July 2018....almost!!!!!

Today was my kitchen duties again with Janet at the shelter and it was a busy time with over 52 hot dinners with pudding being served and still the dish washer was not repaired so I was a busy boy......as usual it is humbling to see these men and women having a good meal and they are so thankful and Janet deserves all the kudos!!!!!

We came home and settled in front of the TV for live tennis from Wimbledon our favourite Roger  was playing..it was an intense match that went to five sets and sadly....

We were invited to Sam and Ian’s tonight to watch the England soccer game.....

The nation has gone crazy over there progress so far and so many houses, cars and businesses are getting into the spirit with flags and banners....

England controlled most of the game but these two photos tell the story and the final outcome!!

Congrats to Croatia and England can be very proud of themselves!!!!
