Croft did you remember to say Rabbits, Rabbits, Rabbits???
As it was quite a swell when I went to bed I did take a pill and I slept really well until 7.30am…..which happened to be the same time there was a live soccer game from England being shown on TV…..so soccer in bed for me!!!
After the game I went up for breakfast and saw just what a dull, rainy day it was and can only describe the sea as angry!!!
Saturday so Karen and Rob you know I kept the tradition up with Saturday morning…
Even with all this great food….
I made a wise choice they had a station where a chef was cooking omelettes to order so after some fruit I had a really good omelette and toast and even the tea is quite good.
I finished breakfast in time to go the the Spanish lesson with Luis!!
Then decided I need to get some exercise so I found the outdoor jogging track and even though it was teeming with rain I managed to do a good walk!!
After the walk got my speedo on…just kidding!!! …and came down to the pools…it was raining so hard but it wasn’t cold so I spent some time in one of the hot tubs!!
It actually felt quite refreshing..back to the room and another shower my second of the day!!
Had a little bit of lunch then went to the library for and hour of quiet reading….one of the disappointments with the policy on the ship is that smoking is allowed in the pool areas, in the casino, in the bars…I find this hard to take!!! Another pet peeve…the Internet you can get it but it will cost 95 cents a minute…a rip I think!!
I then just enjoyed walking around and people watching.
Time for the third shower of the day
I decided I was not hungry and at 7.30pm went to another great show in the huge theatre it was a stage production of Band on the Run, a tribute to the 70”s and it was really well done and a fun time…..spent a few minutes in the Casino enough to win $20 dollars!!!
The time goes by so fast and the seas had calmed down a little but it was 10pm and I was done for the day so came back to my room and did the blog, checked out location on TV!!
Before I went to sleep I had to move the clock forward one hour so lost that time!!!
Tomorrow we arrive in Bermuda at 11am….I have pre booked at a cycle shop there the rental of a scooter for 2 days…interestingly enough the cruise line does not offer the rental of scooters on their shore excursions in fact they made an announcement strongly objecting to passengers doing so!!!
So a good day at sea!!!
