Trying to let you know where I am tonight on the map of the west coast I am about half way between Manzanillo and Lazaro Cardenas in a tiny little town La Placita. The Rv Park is about 1 mile out of town at the end of a small dirt road and the beach. This is a new park and there are about 12 rigs here, the location is incredible. All the photos are taken at the park. I was the only person on the beach which runs about 8 miles long. The sunset was lovely and I am enjoying my evening after a drive of about 4 hours from Barra.
Ramona had her oil change but a little mishap getting her up on the ramp, lost the pvc pipe with the hose again. This time I just put the pipe inside, had the oil change and came down to the park. Now the frustrating part..I knew from when I lost the pipe before that I had plenty of the long plastic straps to hold it back in place and in Barra I had everything out of my storage bins and sorted things out again, the problem was I couldn't remember where I put the straps. Ramona is only 24 feet long and there are only so many places to store things but I turned her upside down and could not find the straps. I looked everywhere, had everything out then put them all back in still no straps, so pulled everything out again with the same result. So I resorted to tying the pvc pipe back on with rope and it is safe again. Later on in the evening I was looking for a can of soup for dinner and knew I had some stored in like a secret compartment underneath the entry step and as I am opening this compartment I said to myself this is the only place I didn't look for the straps and of course you know where the straps were!!!!!!
Spent some time cleaning and sorting and moving things around again, had a great hot shower and now listening to the hockey game on the computer with a lovely breeze coming in through the window and I can hear the surf.
Hope to be in a small beach town Zihuatanejo tomorrow evening, blessings to all.
