All the photos below are taken on the beach Playa la Ropa (clothes beach) which is about 150 yards from my parking spot. The name comes from the 1600's when a galleon sank in the bay carrying silk clothes from the Philippines which came ashore on the beach.
Even though the huge cruise ship was docked until 4pm did not see any tourists from there.
Also even with the huge hotels on the banks of the beach there is so no sense of it being a busy beach.
