Thursday 7th October 2021.....wow two,posts in one day!!
I had my appointment with doctor Rangel at noon and he proceeded to drain my knee of the excess fluid and told me that I will get flare ups from time to time and this last one he is pretty sure was caused by the long drive I did last Saturday from the border when it was raining and I could not use the cruise control....he told me my arthritis is very bad and it will not get any better but the goal is to keep me active walking and on the courts as long as possible...his charge was 800 pesos.....
