Welcome to Canada's
  Team In Training® (TNT)

TNT is the world's largest endurance sports training program, preparing people of all athletic abilities to complete a marathon, half marathon, triathlon or century bike ride. In return for professional training and travel to one of many national event sites, participants raise valuable funds to support the mission of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC).

LLSC, in its affiliation with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the U.S., is the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services. Our mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.  Money raised for LLSC funds Canadian research and services.

I chronicled how I enjoyed the poker days in SMA well the guys here are great too and we had a good get together as most of us had been away for the winter and my luck continues another big win!!!

Congratulations to the Canucks on their victory tonight I am still cheering for Nashville!!!

Just found out that the reffing I was supposed to do this weekend and next week has been cancelled probably a good thing as the forecast is for rain and it gives my knee longer to recuperate!!!
