Maybe you will sleep better now that you are home.
Glad you are home Les!!! Cheers!
Damm, can not wait till tomorrow! Glad your home safe and sound.
Maybe it is just my imagination, but it did not seem to take you as long to drive the route to SMA after you crossed the border. Is that route the shortest route from any place along the border to SMA?
Yes Laredo to SMA is the closet border!! L
Dee, that route is divided toll road all the way. As fast as a US Interstate.
not all the way but mostly and yes great speed can be attained L
Croft and Les, what are "great speed can be attained" speed limits on that particular Mexico toll road as compared to Texas toll roads? Texas toll roads are outrageous at 80 mph, and I clocked most cars passing me at 90 mph. We just don't drive that fast in South Carolina.
Max is 110 KM L
Les and I have a Mexican friend who drives 20 or 30 km over the limit very often and I don't think has ever been stopped. When I am driving the cuotas I keep it about ten KM under the limit. 110 = 70 mph. 140 = 87 mph.
