you start the day at 9.00 am in the lovely sunshine playing two hours of hard and very enjoyable tennis!!!!
I came home and Margarita was working very hard cleaning and washing my clothes and I had time to sit on the patio in the lounger and relax and watch my first humming birds!!!
I then went to my first private fitness class with Joe....I worked for 30 minutes on the power plate machine I blogged about this machine last week and the work out felt really good I go back on Thursday afternoon...
I had some time before my dental appointment so I went and sat for about 40 minutes in the main square..on the way I passed these buildings
One of the nicest doors in town...
Starbucks are not allowed to alter the outside of the building as it is in the Historical down town zone!!!
and kitty corner is this beauty!!
I really enjoyed sitting here...did some Spanish homework..
looked at the church...
and then this man came and sat on the next bench and boy I tell you he could play that guitar!!!!
Then it was off to Dr.Laura's for my dental appointment.....I found her years ago and brought Daniela and Paola here many times and she was so good with the girls and one time I saw her extract one of Paola's teeth with out any freezing she is so gentle.....I had a problem with one of my crowns whilst on my trip and I wanted to wait till I got back here to have it fixed and today Dr.Laura cleaned my teeth and took and x ray and the cost 250 pesos go figure what that is in your currency then shake your head!!!
I have to go back next week for impressions and then a new partial crown installed.....the building is nothing from the outside but her clinic is in the front separate room of her house, she has no receptionist no frills just a great Doctor!!!
It was all go today and I did not feel like cooking so i went to my favorite restaurant and had a delicious Cobb's salad...
Next stop was the new convention center where I had registered to attend a medical and insurance forum..
It was a good presentation and I do need to follow up on a couple of things....
Finally went grocery shopping and did not get home till 9.00 pm ...12 hours after tennis!!!
Yashi Kochi!!!

Beautiful convention center. I checked it out this summer. Very well done. Privately owned and operated. I didn't check out the hotel though.
