The last sleep…

The plan is to leave Nanaimo around  10am tomorrow and drive down to Victoria and catch the 4pm Washington State Ferry to Port Angeles and spend the night there in the Walmart parking lot.

I am not sure about internet connections on the road so will post as often as I can.

The journey I hope will be full of wonderful people, incredible vistas and lasting memories and I feel honoured to share it with you here.

The Olive Pit at Corning, CA has free Internet in the coffee shop and a GREAT selection of stuffed olives! Happy Travels!

Forgot to mention. Just South of Corning is the Rolling Hills Casino where you can spend the night in the truck parking area. If you go to the far end, it is away from the trucks running reefers all night.

Near the bottom of Oregon at Canyonville (exit 99 or so) is the Seven Feathers Casino where they have a free RV parking area near the casino.
