Good evening, what a hot day here on the island I think many towns in B.C. had record high temperatures. The first photo is of "bambi" staying cool in the front garden here this afternoon. The other photo is the "2 amigos ". Ken is on the right in the shades and Uncle Bill. Ken is the friend I am staying with and his mother and Uncle Bill's wife were sisters. Ken is going to be 73 on Saturday and Uncle Bill is 93 years young!!! Today was grocery shopping day for Uncle Bill, picked him and took him to the supermarket and away he goes on his own with his wagon, gets his stuff and he is done. It was fun being with them they tell some great stories.....Watching world cup soccer on tv tonight, I am getting spoiled, Ken has in his living room a 52 " TV...Will soon be tuesday and motor home pick up day.
