Karen so kindly gifted me a 90 minute massage at a Spa down town this morning so that is where I was at 10am….the massage was gentle and worked wonders for me my body feels like new and no signs of any wear and tear from Saturday's walk…thanks.
From there I went to pick up Allison and we went for lunch at a new restaurant down by the water!!
We have known each other for nearly 20 years and we consider ourselves Brother and Sister and at one point I rented the down stairs suite from Allison, she is a wonderful lady and although we do not see each other often we care what happens with each other’s lives….we had a great lunch and this was a barge passing by!!
I then stopped by to see the new owner’s of Ramona and looked inside they have her all set up the way they want her she looks different but happy they are taking great care of her.
Another visit with lovely friends Mary and Jack…I admire Mary so much she has suffered with MS for many years but she never complains and bravely fights on it was nice catching up again.

Then I did some shopping for last minute items and tonight I treated Heather and the boys, Ben, Alex and Zach for dinner…. probably the last meal we shall have together due to their busy schedules…so it was lovely to sit and relax for a while.
Yaretzi handled really well and I enjoyed putting some miles on her……
