Woke to lovely sunny skies and after breakfast packed up ready for a mini road trip
From Kerikeri I went north and did the red circle loop where the 3 blue C’s are!!!!
Again a magnificent drive along twisty narrow and fun roads and my first stop
I then went down to the beach
I walked the length of this beach in the water…so great!!!
This is also a special place in history
All the small rural churches appear to be the shape and colour!!
I was tempted to make an offer on this RV!!!
I think this is Pompas(sp) grass which I like…
They should have added to this sign..”and all uphill”
That is where I am heading and got to love the zoom on this camera same shot below as above with zoom!!!!
Still aways to go…
Made it and the views were worth it!!!
Mellow Yellow relaxing!!!
It was a wonderful drive and as I started to return the weather changed quite quickly
and because of the weather I cancelled my next two stops and ended the road trip at the spa!!!!
But not the flashy spa but the very basic rustic wash yourself off with a hose pipe spa..but cannot complain only 3 dollars entrance fee!!!
I tried them all except the Doctor way too hot for me….
The doctor!!!
Saw the above sign too late…my Mexican silver bracelet!!!
Enjoyed my time here..shortly after I arrived home jumped in the shower because at 5.30pm I went here
Right next door and had a delightful hour hot towel, hot stones massage!!!!!
I did managed to get some more shots from the cruise but cannot yet access the photos from Samoa and Fiji….
These were the two Ukrainian ladies I used to listen to most nights after the big show they were so talented and played a nice array of light classical compositions…
The Princess and Noordam at rest in Dunedin NZ
As you will see below June, Becky and I went swimming with the Hector dolphins and this was from the boat!!!
The best shot I could get this was a great experience they are the smallest dolphins in the world and mainly this is their breeding grounds..the boat we were on had 12 persons and they do not use radar, sonar or food to attract them…
No comments please!!!!
Here we were joined by Tom and Regina and we are stood at the bottom of the worlds steepest street..
George Clooney……oh no sorry that is me!!!
Of all the remarkable entertainers on board this young lady was my favourite, an English Flautist..she was incredible a wonderful show.
Tomorrow I head back to Auckland where I am staying till Monday….
Yashi Kochi!!!!
