I don’t very often share my feelings here but today I woke up sad, blue and very lonely!!!
I have so many happenings in my life to be so joyful about…so this was a surprise and it has lasted all day so now I am going for a long walk…I promise Les will be back tomorrow!!!

Everybody has days like that! You'd have to be a robot not to. Just listen to your body and be good to yourself on days like that :)
We really look forward to seeing the old Les back tomorrow.
