Hello from this beautiful RV park, it is actually a very busy aquatic centre with kids slides and 7 hot pools and in the evening when the aquatic centre is closed they fill a small hot tub just for residents in the Rv park. The grounds are immaculate and there is a soccer field close by.. The trees and flowers are everywhere; a very peaceful place after the hectic pace of the big city and it was only a 35km drive away. The cost is 190 pesos a night, a real bargain for all these amenities.
I spent the afternoon just relaxing and in the park just across from me I noticed a truck with a Nanaimo sign on it. I went over and small world that it is the couple there are from Nanaimo. I also know them from coming in the restaurant where I used to work.
They invited me to sit and have a drink and they are here for the winter and just love it.
Tonight I am going to go and use the hot tub. There is Internet connection but only in one small space outside the manager’s office so I will do my postings from there.
Tomorrow I am going to explore the small town in the morning then relax at the pool in the afternoon.
As you can tell by the photos all from inside the park it is a great place to be for a couple of days. Best wishes to everyone…..oh by the way I am just going to use the thermal hot tub!!!!
