Two birthdays to celebrate today...my long time lovely friend and Ashley’s Aunt, Caron , in Santa Barbara, hope you had a great day.
Also Heather and Kirby’s middle son Alex is 26 today..we managed to skype him and sing happy birthday this evening!!!

and it rained non stop till about 1pm when I took Boomer out for a walk in the neighbourhood ....

Today marks 4 weeks of isolation. Walking 5 miles a day—no meat, dairy or flour. Eating fresh vegetables and home-cooked meals every day. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero Alcohol! A healthy, gluten-free, caffeine-free diet and a 1 hour home workout every day! Lost 10 lbs and gained muscle mass.
